Day 179

Day 179: I just passed a student in the hall sporting a tee shirt that said “I’m only here because Hogwarts doesn’t accept FAFSA.”

Every time I see one of those shirts it makes me laugh. Does that mean that working in a university setting has not allowed my sense of humor to progress past college antics? I’m afraid that could be true.

Every day as I walk into my office building I pass a set of student dorms, and since I’m usually multi-tasking and reading emails while I walk, (dangerous, I know) the student WIFI signals pop up on my screen, asking if I want to connect. Their WIFI names have made me laugh out loud. It’s embarrassing to burst into laughter like that, but sometimes it can’t be helped. I started taking screen shots of the names, and since it’s LAUGHTER week, I’ll share them and see if they make YOU burst into laughter.
