Day 135: Hey! Who replaced Towelsday of Wedding Week with a Smatterday? It began with an 8:00am trip to the hair salon for the bride and me. (Thanks, Angie!) Then, to an early birthday lunch for my adorable daughter-by-marriage, Becky! Happy birthday, Becky! Then, to work for an afternoon of conducting interviews, interspersed with texts to the florist and the caterer and the photographer and the reception venue. Next, a change of clothing in my office before I meet my handsome husband and 50 of his co-workers at the movie theater for a showing of the new Marvel movie. (Who planned that for Wedding Week?) Afterward, home to decorate the 250 Rice Krispie treats I made last night, so they’re festively suitable wedding cake replacements for the gluten-free bride and groom.
